Superstorms in co-ordination with Police and Fire Department efforts seek out lost and stranded individuals and groups that need assistance in the time of a typhoon disaster.

>> Aftermath Support:
After a typhoon disaster the Superstorms teams will scout around their communities looking for heavilly damaged districts to aide with cleanup details, minor structural repairs, food and water replenishing, and general assistance in getting things quickly back to order.
Chinese communities pull together as a single force once the typhoon has passed to cleanup and salvage what they can from the debris.
Superstorms team members are no exception to this, they offer their help where it is needed and utitlize all of their tools to help those that cannot help themselves.

>> Telephone Support:
Superstorms strives to be the leader in its field of typhoon support and rescue. It is with this in mind that the Superstorms offices offer live telephone support 24 /7 during a typhoon strike.
Superstorms in 2007 assisted the local police in managing the 110 phone calls for Fuzhou city. As new typhoon rescue calls were made to the local police stations the calls would then be re-routed to the Superstorms Fuzhou Typhoon office.
This system proved very successful for the rescue efforts of 2007 and this approach is being adopted nationwide as a standard of practice for typhoon support.

>> Rescue Vehicles:
Superstorms has been researching the use of hovercrafts for the purpose of using hovercraft as a typhoon and flood rescue vehicle.
Our research has shown that although hovercraft produce a high amount of noise pollution they surpass all other known vehicles for rescuing victims that are stranded in a typhoon because of rising flood waters.
Superstorms is presently asking the public for donations to fund the building of the rescue hovercraft for the Fujian Province rescue area.

>> Countryside Rescues:
This service has troubled Superstorms for many a year. There is no reason that Superstorms should not partake in rescuing the countryside folk when disaster occurs other than the simple financing and manpower issue.
China is a very big country and Superstorms is but a child when comparing staff numbers to population totals.
What it means for us is that we still have a lot of work to do to be able to say that we are servicing our areas successfully.
But we are certain, for the need of the people is great, that there will be a day when Superstorms is known across the typhoon landing zone in China.
